Ya hace más de 2 años desde que la Doctor Who Magazine publicó su lista con el top 200 de esta mítica serie la cual está a punto de cumplir 50 años desde su primera transmisión.
Para aquellos que no conocen el show. Doctor Who es una serie inglesa que trata de un Time Lord (Señor del Tiempo), un excéntrico alienígena apodado simplemente como "el Doctor", el cual viaja a través del espacio y el tiempo en una cabina azul de policía. 11 diferentes actores han interpretado al viejo doctor (el cual cuenta con 900 años de edad), cambio que se justifica por las regeneraciones que sufre el personaje momentos antes de morir. Estas "regeneraciones" implican un cambio tanto de rostro como de personalidad.
La serie se transmitió originalmente por la BBC a partir de 1963, hasta su cancelación en 1989; reviviéndose posteriormente en el 2005. Este "revival" ha contado con un gran éxito de público, tanto en Reino Unido como fuera de él. En la actualidad llevan ya 6 temporadas (con la séptima en proceso de grabación).
